Well, it seems like November has been a busy month for us.  Aaron went to a weeks conference in Germany which he really enjoyed.  It was a great opportunity to see what is happening with others and catch up with old friends.  He returned home very late on the Friday night and then I (Eileen) was off to Birmingham for a week also.  It was lots of fun and we are both glad we went but, it is equally nice to be back home and with the kids.
